Order & Payment

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you can find the tracking information in your customer account. Don't have an account? We'll automatically send you the tracking information by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Payment request from Klarna – what does that mean?

With Klarna, you can buy now and pay later . When you choose to pay by invoice, the amount is usually due 14 days after shipment . Our claim is assigned to Klarna; you will receive the payment instructions directly from Klarna, and you make the payment to Klarna.

You only pay once the goods are on their way or have arrived – protected by Klarna Buyer Protection . Please note: Klarna may charge late payment fees. Klarna processes personal data for credit checks in accordance with the Klarna Privacy Policy.

Can I cancel an order?

Within 24 hours of ordering, cancellation is free – email us at support@printyourdigitals.com.

After 24 hours, cancellation is only possible via the right of withdrawal; the refund will be in the form of a voucher.

Already shipped? Then cancellation is no longer possible. Please accept the package and then contact us. Important: If acceptance is refused, the shipment may be disposed of by the fulfillment service – in this case, no refund is possible. A refund will only be issued once the goods have been returned to us. Information on return shipping can be found below in the return information.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Our products are in stock. After receiving your order and payment confirmation, we will deliver within:

  • Germany: 1–3 working days
  • Austria/Switzerland: 3–6 working days
  • Rest of the world: 2-8 business days

With Klarna Sofort, payment allocation may slightly delay processing.

No stock items (made-to-order): Production 2–5 days + shipping 7–12 days.

Are deliveries abroad possible?

Yes – we ship worldwide . The delivery times and shipping costs mentioned above apply.

Returns & Refunds

I don't like the item – can I return it?

Yes. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us at support@printyourdigitals.com within 30 days of receipt to receive return instructions.

No return label in the package – what to do?

Email us at support@printyourdigitals.com. We will provide you with a return label and explain the next steps.

How will the amount be refunded?

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method you used to place your order.

When will I get my money back?

Please contact us so you receive the correct return address (please do not return to the sender). Once the goods have arrived and been inspected, we will refund the amount immediately.

Returned item shows signs of use – what now?

We can only accept returns of unopened items in their original condition . Opened or obviously used goods are not resalable. In such cases, we will return the item and retain the purchase price as compensation for the diminished value.

Problems with the order

Package damaged or items missing – what to do?

Please contact us at support@printyourdigitals.com within 30 days of receipt. Describe the problem and attach photos. Together, we will find a solution.

Please also check the enclosed list to ensure all stones are complete.

There are stones missing from my order.

Despite quality control, something may be missing in rare cases. Please contact support@printyourdigitals.com immediately. We will send you the missing stones as soon as possible.

Is my data safe with you?

Data privacy is our top priority. We work exclusively with certified partners and do not share your data – such as your email address – with third parties unless this is necessary for contract processing or you have given your consent.
